If you cancel the parcel within 30 minutes after booking the parcel online, you will be transferred 95% of the payment within 48 hours.

If you cancel or have canceled the parcel order after 30 minutes of booking the parcel online, you will be refunded 70% payment within 48 hours.

After you book the parcel online and the parcel is picked up from your location, the order will not be canceled, if not delivered, it will only stop. And you have to collect it from the office the next day. If you want to send it to another place again, you have to order it separately.
